Description
A hearty dish made with seasoned hamburger patties smothered in rich gravy and served with sides.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add flour to the skillet and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly.
- Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with gravy poured over the patties.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
