Description
Delicious and soft snickerdoodle muffins with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Scoop batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top of muffins.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Adjust cinnamon amount based on preference.
