Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Scoop batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top of muffins.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
