Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour, chopped nuts, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar before serving.
