Description
This is a soft and cheesy onion bread that is perfect for any meal.
Ingrédients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Fold in cheese and onions.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
