Description

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water until combined.
- Add sourdough starter and salt, mix well.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
- Cool on a rack before slicing.
