Description

Sourdough bread is a naturally leavened bread made from a fermented dough.


Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water until combined.
  2. Add sourdough starter and salt, mix well.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
  6. Let it proof for another 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  8. Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
  9. Cool on a rack before slicing.
