- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add sourdough starter and warm water to the mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use active sourdough starter for best results.
- Store rolls in an airtight container.
- They can be frozen for later use.
