Ingrédients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup crumbled cobbler

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Mash the blackberries slightly to release juices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the blackberry mixture to the cream mixture and stir well.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  7. In the last few minutes of churning, add crumbled cobbler.
  8. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
