A rich and decadent dessert that combines chocolate cake and pudding.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of the batter.
- Pour boiling water over the mixture without stirring.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
