Instructions

  3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of the batter.
  6. Pour boiling water over the mixture without stirring.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
