Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, milk, cocoa powder, melted butter, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the batter.
- Carefully pour boiling water over the top without stirring.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
