- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs.
- Dip chicken pieces into the buttermilk mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-18 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken.
- Let the coated chicken rest for 10 minutes before frying.
