Description
Classic Southern style deviled eggs with a creamy filling.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
Notes
- For a kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Chilling the eggs before peeling makes them easier to handle.
- Use fresh eggs for the best flavor.
