Instructions

  3. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden.
  5. Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
  6. Add spaghetti to the pan with garlic oil, toss to combine.
  7. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  8. Season with salt and garnish with parsley before serving.
