Description
A delicious spiced pear and cranberry galette that combines sweet pears and tart cranberries in a flaky crust.

- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Place the fruit mixture in the center of the crust.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the filling.
- Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Pair with vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
