  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the fruit mixture in the center of the crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling.
  6. Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
