Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, chili paste, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
