Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce and chili sauce, mix well.
- Serve stir-fry over cooked rice.
