Ingrédients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
