Description
A flavorful spicy garlic chicken stir fry served with rice.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more red pepper flakes.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
