Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in red curry paste.
  4. Add chicken broth and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
  5. Add wontons and red bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add spinach, fish sauce, and lime juice.
  7. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
