Ingrédients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and coat well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro for the salsa.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and salsa in tortillas.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
