  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Avocado slices for topping
  • Lettuce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers with avocado slices and lettuce.
  7. Serve immediately.
