Ingrédients

- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl; stir until dissolved.
- Transfer cooked rice to a bowl and mix in vinegar mixture.
- Let rice cool to room temperature.
- Form rice into small rectangular cakes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry rice cakes until golden and crispy.
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Top each rice cake with spicy tuna and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
