  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. Combine rice and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl; stir until dissolved.
  5. Transfer cooked rice to a bowl and mix in vinegar mixture.
  6. Let rice cool to room temperature.
  7. Form rice into small rectangular cakes.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry rice cakes until golden and crispy.
  9. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
  10. Top each rice cake with spicy tuna and avocado slices.
  11. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
