Description

Spicy yogurt marinated chicken served with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.


Ingrédients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken thighs in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Boil baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix feta, dill, and lemon juice for the cream.
  8. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  9. Serve chicken with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.
