Description
Spicy yogurt marinated chicken served with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix feta, dill, and lemon juice for the cream.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Serve chicken with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.

- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
