Description
A delicious spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy wonton cups.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- You can prepare the filling ahead of time.
- Garnish with extra cheese or herbs if desired.
