Ingrédients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
