- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach if desired, just sauté it first.
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
