Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Press a cube of mozzarella into the center of each meatball.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
