- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Press a cube of mozzarella into the center of each meatball.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
