Delicious sriracha honey salmon bowls with fresh vegetables and rice.


Ingrédients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sriracha and honey.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the sriracha honey mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While the salmon cooks, steam broccoli and prepare rice.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, sliced bell pepper, avocado, and salmon.
  8. Top with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • You can substitute brown rice for white rice.
  • Adjust sriracha amount for desired spice level.
