Description
Delicious sriracha honey salmon bowls with fresh vegetables and rice.
Ingrédients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix sriracha and honey.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the sriracha honey mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon cooks, steam broccoli and prepare rice.
- Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, sliced bell pepper, avocado, and salmon.
- Top with chopped green onions.
Notes
- You can substitute brown rice for white rice.
- Adjust sriracha amount for desired spice level.
- Add other vegetables as you prefer.
