Instructions

  2. Season the rib roast generously with salt and black pepper.

  4. Place fresh rosemary on top of the roast.
  5. Put the roast in the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
