Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Pat the rib roast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the roast.
  4. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  5. Apply the seasoning mixture evenly on the roast.
