Description
A simple and delicious steak recipe cooked in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds of beef steak
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the seasoned steak on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle thyme over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the steak and serve.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger servings.
