Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.

- Remove steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak rests, brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Toast the bread on the grill or in a toaster until golden.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Spread minced garlic on toasted bread.
- Top each slice with arugula and steak slices.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
