Ingrédients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, butter, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts on the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased ring mold.
  10. Drizzle honey over the top.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
