A delicious sticky bun breakfast ring perfect for brunch.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased ring mold.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute nuts with chocolate chips.
- Use a non-stick baking spray for easy removal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
