Ingrédients

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, whip the cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- In a small saucepan, dissolve gelatin in water over low heat.
- Combine gelatin with whipped cream and mix well.
- Line a mold with ladyfingers.
- Layer strawberries and cream mixture in the mold.
- Top with more ladyfingers.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
