Delicious strawberry cheesecake bars with a creamy filling and a crumbly crust.
Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
