Description
A delicious strawberry cheesecake poke cake that combines layers of cake, cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries.

- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of strawberry puree
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the cake.
- Pour strawberry puree over the filling.
- Top with whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
