- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and slightly golden.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam before serving.
