Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the diced strawberries.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
