Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with syrup.
