Description
A delicious strawberry rhubarb crisp with a crunchy topping.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Spread the oat mixture over the fruit.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
