Ingrédients

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped rhubarb

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and oats. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  6. Spread the fruit mixture over the crust.
  7. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
