Description
A refreshing strawberry sago dessert that combines sweet strawberries with chewy sago pearls.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil water in a pot and add sago pearls.
- Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let sit until pearls are translucent.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a separate pot, heat coconut milk with sugar and vanilla until dissolved.
- In a bowl, combine sago, coconut milk mixture, and strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- You can add other fruits if desired.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
