Description

A refreshing strawberry sago dessert that combines sweet strawberries with chewy sago pearls.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add sago pearls.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit until pearls are translucent.
  5. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  6. In a separate pot, heat coconut milk with sugar and vanilla until dissolved.
  7. In a bowl, combine sago, coconut milk mixture, and strawberries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
