Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Fold in strawberries.
- In another bowl, whisk cream, vanilla, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently.
- Shape into a circle and cut into wedges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
