Description
A delicious strawberry shortcake cheesecake cake that combines layers of cheesecake and fluffy cake with fresh strawberries.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle with strawberry jam before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.
