Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Slice the cake in half horizontally.
  9. Layer strawberries and whipped cream between the cake layers.
  10. Top with remaining strawberries and whipped cream.
