- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
- Mix sugar and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Stir into the cooked rice.
- Spread the rice on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Layer whipped cream, strawberries, and crumbled cake on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
- Slice the roll into pieces and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
