A refreshing strawberry sorbet recipe perfect for hot days.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries in a food processor until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Mix in the lemon juice and strawberry puree.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
