Instructions

- Allow it to boil without stirring until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Dip each strawberry into the syrup, covering it completely.
- Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them cool until the sugar hardens.

- Ensure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
- Work quickly once the syrup is ready as it will harden fast.
