Description

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
  4. Allow it to boil without stirring until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  5. Dip each strawberry into the syrup, covering it completely.
  6. Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let them cool until the sugar hardens.
