  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the meat mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers, and onions over the meat mixture.
  5. Roll the meat tightly into a log shape.
  6. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Spread ketchup and Worcestershire sauce on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
