Ingrédients

- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers, and onions over the meat mixture.
- Roll the meat tightly into a log shape.
- Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup and Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
