- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the skillet.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, add cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- You can use any color of bell peppers.
- Substitute ground turkey for a healthier option.
