  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix the beef mixture with mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form small patties and stuff them with the meat mixture.
  5. Dip each patty in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
