Description
Delicious stuffed potato cakes with meat and mushrooms.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix the beef mixture with mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Form small patties and stuff them with the meat mixture.
- Dip each patty in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
- You can add cheese for extra flavor.
