Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 large bread bowl
  • 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, scallops)
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in seafood mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add seafood stock and thyme, simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Hollow out the bread bowl.
  8. Pour the soup into the bread bowl.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
