Description
A delicious seafood soup served in a bread bowl.
Ingrédients

- 1 large bread bowl
- 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in seafood mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and thyme, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Hollow out the bread bowl.
- Pour the soup into the bread bowl.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.

- Store leftover soup separately.
