Instructions

- In another bowl, mix oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
